Jamie is an Oxygen Advantage Coach and works with people from all walks of life and backgrounds, helping them to enhance their lives by teaching them how to breathe effectively.

The Oxygen Advantage Method
This method was created by Patrick McKeown and it focuses on empowering people to achieve their potential through functional breathing.
The Oxygen Advantage Method is a series of unique breathing exercises for optimum health and sports performance. The exercises focus on 2 pillars: functional breathing and simulation of high altitude training.
All sessions are bespoke and can be run remotely or face to face

“I was lucky enough to have a handful of sessions with Jamie, having been introduced to him through a personal friend. These were online. The first session was around an hour and subsequent ones about 30 minutes.
I had been concerned about my tendency to hold my breath when anxious and that I was mouth breathing more than is healthy. Jamie was able to educate me to breathe through my nose, in and out, and learn to breathe to use my full lung capacity as well as become more conscious of my diaphragmatic breathing. He also taught me to become comfortable retaining more CO2 which seems to discourage shallow breathing at the top of the lungs.
I found this incredibly helpful. It has helped me to sleep more deeply at night, to exercise by thinking hard about my breathing so that I do not become breathless or dizzy and I believe it has also enabled me to use my lung capacity more effectively. Quite some achievement in 2-3 hours!.”
