Breathwork & Mental Imaging
In addition to the standard lessons, as an Oxygen Advantage Breathwork instructor I can offer add on sessions to help manage anxiousness and nerves before kiting. This can be particularly beneficial to those new to the sport.
If you have already started your kiting journey or are an experienced kiteboarder, I offer coaching in mental imaging before your water session to help you nail that next trick or move.

“Had my first ever kite-surf lesson with Jamie last summer. A little chat, flew the kite on the beach, then into the water. Jamie was enthusiastic, supportive and just really fun to be with. I got up for just long enough to feel the thrill of it - all great and 100% recommended!!.”
Caedmon
“"I'd been wanting to give kitesurfing a try for years, after contacting Jamie he talked me through what I should expect and soon after we met for our first lesson. The lesson was exactly what I'd hoped for, Jamie tailored it to fit my experience and I was amazed how fast things came together. I can't wait to get out there again!".”

The weather as we all know can be unpredictable and can change at the last minute. We will only arrange kite lessons on days where enough wind is forecast and we will monitor conditions right up to when your lesson is due to take place. If there is not sufficient wind your lesson will be cancelled and re-booked.

No, this is a common misconception. The kite harness does the work, taking most of the load away from your arms, shoulders and back.
